Very clean and very nice people. The bar and lounge are a is very nice, the breakfast club is around the corner and the train to Amsterdam Centraal goes so frequent! Awesome location and a great experience.

Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. All in all a great place and would stay again next time in Amsterdam with the family.

I enjoy staying here primarily because of the super friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate my request to stay in the same apartment from my previous stay a month earlier. I appreciate how responsive staff is when I made a request for blankets or a heater. The location is an easy walk to Sloterdijk station—which is a hub to get most anywhere in Amsterdam easily.

Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Dinner options limited to only Pizza. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Beds are comfortable slept very well. Bedrooms no seating or desk area. Suitcase rack only in 1 room. No headboard on beds never seen that before dusty walls so cannot sit up and relax in bed to watch TV what I like to do on holiday. No TV in bedrooms. Shower not powerful or very hot. Good stay if you want basic and functional without added luxury.
