Very small room but perfect for 1 person. Very good location, very central and easy to get to many places around. Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Very steep and narrow stairs to get up to room, not very accessible especially if you have luggage!

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were lovely Jamila was very sweet loved my Darth Vader impression from Star Wars The location is fantastic it is right in the centre of the red light district and there are sex shops restaurants all that you would ever want to have in a tourist location the best of the best I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again it is a family business and the owner and all the staff are brilliant 👍👍👍👍

It is a charming, traditional Amsterdam-style building full of character. It was exactly what I expected—and even better. The location is excellent, right in the Red Light District and within walking distance of the major attractions and Central Station. The beds were comfortable, and the room served its purpose well. I would suggest adding a few wall hooks, a luggage rack, and hand soap to make the room more convenient. Despite being in the Red Light District, we could barely hear the nightlife and slept very well during our first two nights. Unfortunately, our last night was a different experience. A neighbor in the building next door played loud music with the window wide open, directly facing our room, until the middle of the night. When we asked the staff for assistance, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested that we contact the police ourselves. That was very disappointing. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered other than an apology. Although we loved everything else about this hotel, we would not recommend it to anyone looking to be assured of a good night's sleep. Hotels should do their best to ensure that guests can enjoy a quiet and restful stay. Thanks to the staffs for the kindness and helpfulness.

Room was average but location was great. Only drawback of hotel were the steep stairs and small bathroom. Staff were great especially Alex. Hotel is in great location as were 10 minutes from museums, shopping, train station.

My experience was very poor. The room was picked up; however, the sink in the room was not draining, the shared shower had dark brown substance and standing water on the ground, there was hair on my pillow and light brown stains on the comforter. The bed was thin, lumpy, and creaky. The card scanner was not working so they insisted we go withdrawal money from an ATM to pay the city tax which we had to pay fees for. I am not sure if this was to be an expected experience considering we were staying in the red light district but we will not be returning to this hotel.
