“Property, location and staff were great with amazing views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. Its biggest flaw is the bedroom - sagging mattress and lumpy pillows made for a very umcomfortable sleep. I didnt have a restful sleep. The carpet in the bedroom can be updated.”

“The hotel is set on a hillside facing the Douro River. Our room had an incredible view. The place is quiet and well-maintained. Our room was clean and had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and they offered to make you eggs and pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“This inn is WONDERFUL. Christiano's attention to detail, ensuring the stay is perfect in every way, is unparalleled. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. Food - breakfast and dinner - is fantastic to eat and elegantly served. Common space is beautiful and cozy. Pool area is lovely, with...

“Tout est exceptionnel er attentionné, merci vraiment”

“We were looking forward to staying at this property but it turned out to be a disappointment. All of the staff is young and lacks professionalism and knowledge. We didn’t know there was an outdoor pool until the day before we left when we stumbled across it. The room and bathroom were clean, but sparse with poor lighting. The bed is very uncomfortable. The bar staff cannot tell you about...
