"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the walk-in shower. However, I would suggest adding something on the bottom of the shower as it was awfully slippery. The breakfast buffet was very good. It would have been better if it were open until after 10am. We missed out on the second day by 10 minutes."

Then I even stayed an extra night to visit loved ones longer...then you OVERCHARGED ME.You will be hearing more about my DISSATISFACTION. Otherwise the room, maintenance staff some desk were Great."

"The room was dirty and very outdated. The bathroom door was held together with screws because it had clearly been broken into. There was a wrap for smoking or something and a huge hole on top of the cupboards. It was not well maintained at all. There was constant traffic of cars and people all night long. I would never stay here again."

They have the tap to pay disabled so the lady in The reception was so rude she pulled down the curtain and left me out there, I offered to pay for it online directly on their website and she refused to help me. My daughter and I had to leave and find a different hotel."
