We had a very restful overnight stay here. The property was well maintained, and nestled in a quiet location. There was also a beautiful patio with a swimming pool, and a cafe with Starbucks. We were grabbed a quick, delicious breakfast (French toast with strawberries & a breakfast burrito with bacon) and coffee before heading out. Our room was large, updated & very clean with a comfy King bed and pillows, sofabed, large TV, coffee maker, and small fridge. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We asked about restaurants nearby for dinner, and the desk clerk talked about options and gave us a printed list. The only thing that could use improvement are the generic soap/shampoo/conditioners mounted in the shower/bathtub; fortunately, we brought our own.

Nothing to criticize - everything was great! Very clean, comfy room, friendly staff. I'm becoming a big fan of the Marriott! (Only one tiny thing - didn't realize there was Guest Stay Information tucked in the key envelope until we were ready to leave! Maybe check-in staff could point this out.)

Decent hotel in Ann Arbor with ample free parking. It is a bit away from the university (need to drive) and not many dining options within walking distance. AC fan was noisy so I finally turned it off at night. Otherwise we had a comfortable one night stay.

Upon my arrival I requested a tub v shower but the tub had a maintenence issue. Happily the maintenence staff member had the water spigot replaced within 15 minutes of my call. The staff is helpful, the motel is lovely, clean and a nice place to rest.
