“Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough.”

“This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get.”

“Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? “Great and convenient hotel”

“Our experience at this La Quinta was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in, there were no towels available in the room. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of several problems. We encountered roaches in the bathroom sink, mold in the bathroom, and chipping paint on the window sill. The mattresses were also badly sagging and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The one positive aspect of our stay was that the staff was pleasant and courteous. However,...

“I absolutely loved everything about our stay! The front desk ladies were amazing, and I can’t say enough nice things about them. The room and entire hotel were very clean, and breakfast was wonderful. Kudos to the kitchen staff! My only disappointment was the hot tub. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub, breakfast and lastly location. Had I known the hot tub had just come out of construction and wasn’t fully functioning or up to its full potential, I would have chosen another...

“The HVAC unit was really noisy.”

“This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip.”

“Great location. Walking distance to breakfast places and restaurants. Clean, quaint, friendly staff.”
