“Got to the hotel at about 8:30pm, had a long drive , very excited to get in the hot tub. We don’t stay in hotels often and only book hotels with hot tubs. Their hot tub was ice cold. I spoke with the front desk (very nice girl, not her fault) and she said it happens frequently. She apologized and couldn’t do anything about it. She later lets us know the hot tub will be heated back up by 10:45pm… the pool/hot tub closes at 11pm. The following day I talk to the front desk about partial refund due...
