Short stay

I booked a room. It was perhaps not really cozy, but clean and comfortable. As I was backpacking, th hotel was quite far away from the city center of Arles, but there were busses. And I also walked a lot.

Cheap but broken beds and mould.

Broken bed and mould in the corners. This hotel has seen better days for sure. Cheap, and kind of what to expect when not paying more.

get what you pay for.

All was OK for the price. The room was not cleaned, prepared for new occupants. We walked into the room and the bed was not made, had been slept in. Had to wait after checkin till the room was cleaned and new/clean bed linens were put on the bed. Guess they check us in to early ; but it was after checkin time.

Air conditioning does not work.

I stayed here for 2 nights in June. The room was stiflingly hot when I arrived, and although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, it was completely useless even when the thermostat was set to the lowest temperature and the fan set at the highest speed. The settings had been removed from the air conditioning unit itself, presumably to save on energy bills from people wanting a comfortable temperature in the room on summer nights. So I ended up having to open the window all the way and prop the door open for hours just to allow some cooler evening air in, to give me a chance of getting to sleep. In addition to the air conditioning not working, the vending machine also was out of order. In order to access the WiFi, I had to go to reception to have the receptionist validate my credentials on my phone. This is my first time ever having to do this at a hotel. Positives are that it is low cost and has flexible cancellation. Just as well, as I was booked in to stay at another Première Classe on my next stop, which I decided to cancel.

Pour une nuit si vous n'avez pas peur des fourmis

Correct pour passer une nuit afin de se reposer de la route. Cependant, ma compagne a été un peu surprise de se réveiller avec une fourmilière qui était rentrée dans la chambre et envahissait le lit... Après signalement à l'accueil, la personne nous a dit qu'elle avait déjà fait venir quelqu'un pour ça et qu'elle allait le signaler...

Bonjour, une nuit qui ne valait pas le prix de la chambre : Fenetre impossible à fermer, porte d'entrée avec un jour énorme. Séjour au mois d'aout, pas trouvé télécommande de climatisation, et ceux qui viennent en hiver, un grille pain rouillé en guise de radiateur... taches au dessous du lit à étage, plaintes à repeindre (et tous le reste au vu de la vétusté)... Bouche d'aération sans cache et dégueulasse...Je pense que l'hoter entier aurait besoin d'un gros rafraichissement. Et pour finir, de 10 h à 2 heures du matin, musique à fond impossible de dormir

Propre mais vétuste

Nous avons réservé une nuit avec mes filles. La chambre était propre, les lits et les serviettes propres. La salle d'eau très petite, propre mais vétuste. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est très vieillissant, les installations vétustes. Les machines automatiques à la réception étaient hors service donc si vous ne prenez pas la formule petit déjeuner vous n'aurez même pas droit à une boisson chaude au réveil.

Accueil très sympathique s'efforçant de palier la vétusté *des lieux . *Éclairage tête de lit hors d'usage , Chasse d'eau capricieuse , Porte de la salle de douche difficile à fermer , Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas sauf qu'elle s'est allumée toute seule en plein milieu de la nuit ! En revanche , pour un prix très raisonnable , il y a plutôt un assez bon choix de propositions pour le petit déjeuner .

Réservation de 4 nuits pour nos poseurs du 01/06 au 05/06, visite de 2 chambres pas propre et avec portes des sanitaires qui ne ferment pas, le gérant dis à nos poseurs de partir si ils ne sont pas content et qu'il nous remboursera le séjour.
