bar fridge was empty and didnt appear to work, no aircon, incredible noise all night from the nearby traffic. Breakfast was included and was ok. No decent restaurants nearby, mostly fast food.

Muy buena atencion, el desayuno muy bueno, las instalaciones limpias. Lamentablemente el ascensor no esta en muy buenas condiciones, no funcionaba para ir al piso donde me hospede. y la nevera del minibar no funcionaba.

Beautiful Armenia, Colombia

I would recommend this place for couples, family or business. It was centrally located to the bus/taxi terminal, grocery store and do much food! There is also a park near. My fiance and I enjoyed working out and then going straight to the sauna! Oh and the breakfast is complementary! There is coffee and water whenever you need; the coffee was so good. I mean Armenia is the capital of coffee! This was also nice to be able to get to Salento from here, easy and affordable via the terminal. My fiance, who is an architect of Buenaventura, Colombia, stated, "Whoever designed this space was very smart, I feel like there is much privacy and calmness here".

Was once a grand hotel during its time.

Hotel is dated but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful but you need to speak Spanish in order to comunicate with them. I have one concern regarding the security of my room. The door lock is something you would have on your bedroom or bathroom door at home. Key on outside but push button on inside. I left my room in the morning feeling uncomfortable regarding the security of my personal items. The hotel needs to upgrade the door lccks on the rooms. If you like eggs for breakfast at the hotel you would be living in paradise. Eggs is the only item on the menu but you can have them cooked three different ways. Get kind of mononmous after 4 days. The chair in the room is an outside plastic patio chair and the electrical plug is nailed to the wall. There is a flat screen tv with all the channels to watch which is good. The room had a small beer fridge for drinks and food. The noise of the city with sirens and alarm sounds kept me up one night. The walls between rooms are thin but the price point of he room for what you get in return is excellent.

The location is excellent in the center of downtown and having a parking garage was super useful to us. Breakfast was good. We didn't realize that the standard room didn't have AC (It was hot out that day) but luckily the bellboy offered us a fan which really helped a lot but you might want to check with them in case you really need this amenity. In summary, it's a good hotel for the price paid with a great location and parking place

The experience started out with the suite I reserved not being available. I was put in a standard single room without any explanation. When I returned to the front desk I was told it was already booked. As it turned out the room I was given was OK for my stay. The room was clean and neat. The bath was clean and neat and there was a nice shower with all the hot water you need. The breakfast was OK. The same each morning. Scrambled eggs, rolls, arepa, orange juice, butter, and jam. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of shops and local restaurants. Front desk staff was helpful. I would book again. I had lunch at the hotel twice. Very good. 10,000 COP.

El hotel es agradable, tranquilo, bueno para presupuestos medios o de trabajo. Estuve con mi esposa por trabajo y se sintió cómoda. Lo recomiendo.
