“The property is for sale. Expedia advertised the Lee room, where I stayed, as having a private bath. It was not private. It should not be mistaken for a B&B because it does not serve breakfast. There is a full kitchen if you bring your own food. The curtains in my room came off the rings when I pulled them closed. It's a little expensive for what you get, but if you're looking for the minimum in that area, I guess you could do worse.”

“The lady that checked us in was friendly. Way out of date rooms. Chair in room was stained all over and you can see dirt stains. Side doors are broken so anyone can just walk in. “Only hotel that I saw in the area, but well worth the price! The owners keep everything shipshape! The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t swim. We walked a lot at historical sites and museums so we didn’t work out but they have a small one that looked very clean! Front desk people were super friendly and helpful… our room/bathroom was clean and bed very comfortable!”

I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area.
