"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants. "

"Excellent hotel. I asked to have the view of Bangsar before going there. I communicated with the hotel for this purpose and asked to have a note on my file when checking in. The note was there. My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. Highly highly recommended with no reservation. "

"Loved the room decoration, anmenities and space that came with my room. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Probably not recommended to venture out to the shops near the hotel. The hotel is linked to Bangsar LRT that is one stop away to Sentral or Eco-City/Mid Valley mall. "

"Room cleanliness is okay. There are spots where it's dusty but yet the important thing like the bed etc are all clean. The one thing that is slightly annoying lately is the fact that you can no longer keep the A/C ventilating the room while you're out as you need an actual key card from them. They will claim that there is insufficient card always."
