"Excellent convenient location. Close to centro, restaurants. Attentive, helpful, polite staff. Well kept. Beautiful place. Healthy breakfast. Feels like home. Ran out of hot water once."
"I wanted to take the time and leave an honest review as I recently stayed here. I had flown in from Cancun, stayed at a 5 star resort and booked the Orchid House as I wanted a 5 star hotel. I don’t know what I missed, but this is an average hotel. This hotel has a beautiful environment and it’s definitely a “boutique hotel” but other than the free breakfast, it has no other amenities.
I think major improvements can include a pool, gym, spa, etc. Staff greet you but are very absent. During our...
"Beautiful property a short walk to the Jardin and very close to many restaurants and shops. Wonderful hosts Aida and Carlos...and an outstanding breakfast everyday. "

"I loved the customer service and the cleanliness of the room. The beds are very comfortable, which is truly appreciated. The hotel has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The only negative thing I would point out is that it takes a while to get your car back (20-30 minutes). Other than that, everything was great.
The location is excellent, just one block from the main square and the San Miguel parish church. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. "
"Wonderful little boutique hotel. Staff as a whole were incredibly friendly. Free breakfast was lovely. Rooms were small, at least the one we had with a king size bed. Bed was very comfy. Everything we needed, but a little small. Part of the charm of the hotel is it seems very old, but that also may be one of its flaws. Shower had very little water pressure. Took a while to get warm, and never hot. Also, there was no bar, and the restaurant was only open till noon or so. Despite all of that, we loved our stay there and would stay there again. Just know it’s not high end fancy, but lovely, quaint and charming. And the staff are so sweet, they make it worth it. And the location is ideal. Thanks for a wonderful 3 nights. Hope to see you all again. "
