"The staff was very helpful and professional. Kayla at check in was especially nice. This is a utilitarian like hotel. ( Meaning much self service stuff. ) Standard rooms are very small, but well put together. Great view of the city. And, wonderful walkable location. Breakfast was good, very European. ( Cold cuts, cheese, some hot food, good croissants and great coffee and tea. ) Would recommend this for the price. It's a bang for the buck."

"Upon entering the hotel it was noticed how clean the lobby was. There was construction to improve one of the elevators but it did not cause any disruptions. The breakfast is your standard eggs, potato's, sausage, coffee etc, noting special but it was good. The room was very nice. the bed was comfortable and the pillows are GREAT! If you don't have good pillow at home. You should buy ING brand, they are GREAT pillows. The staff was friendly, they directed us to eating nearby about 3 block walk, there was several options. Location was 10 minutes from Quincy Market, walkable, but took uber. Highly Recommend this Holiday Inn. "
