โPerfect place to stay close to the mountain bike park. The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and very amenable for mountain biking. There is a bike wash facility on site as well. โ

Rooms are noisy and there were tours arriving on the days I was there, they were very loud in the early morning at 6:30. โ

โRecently renovated traditional motel style room was very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and everything was new. Great to park directly outside the room and walk in with no stairs. Nice big bathroom with toiletries supplied. Big smart TV. Good wifi. โ

โThe retro room was so beautiful, especially as we had an ocean view and could have the windows open to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. We were also treated to the acoustic music rambling up the stairwell into our room from the restaurant below. All in all a romantic stay with wonderful staff, food and a very comfortable bedโ

"Positive Experience:
This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight.
Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
Areas for Improvement:
However, there were a few disappointing aspects during this visit.
Firstly, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty, with only a bit of water left inside. Iโm not sure whether the previous guest used it all or took it, but it seemed the housekeeping staff had not checked or refilled it before my arrival. This is something that definitely needs more attention.
Secondly, after checking out the next day, I was informed that my swimming trunks had been blown off and had fallen to a lower level. When I asked about retrieving them, I was simply told that it was difficult since check-ins were ongoing. The response felt rather dismissive.
In particular, the female staff member at the front desk in the afternoon did not seem very willing to help, which left me slightly disappointed. One of the main reasons I"
