From the drive into the parking lot… the grounds were well kept. The front entrance was clean and bright colored with floral arrangements. The front desk staff were very friendly and very nice! I felt welcomed 💜 My room was very nice!

The staff was great and helpful during my family’s stay. The first issue we had was a roach in the room. The next issue we had was spots on the “clean” covers. Not a bad hotel but definitely won’t be BACK.

Front desk staff was super awesome. Pool area and fitness room were clean. Room was comfy. Only thing that wasn’t made clear was that breakfast wasn’t free, but everything else made up for it. Not in a very scenic area though so just be mindful if you’re a sightseer. Other than that no complaints!

I want to give two shoutouts: there was an older Black woman that was the concierge when I was there. She was simply excellent: friendly and helpful. I also want to shout out the airport shuttle driver, he was awesome. However, the other woman that checked me in was on her phone during check in. The property needs updating as a lot of spots were either damaged or outdated.

We waited for the shuttle at the airport for half an hour before giving up and hiring an uber. The digital key check in did not work because I booked through expedia and I had to visit the check in desk at midnight to get my room keys. I got two bottles of water included with my room. The room was nice.

The hotel itself was fine and the in house restaurant was great. But we only ate there because there was literally no where else in a 2 mile radius to eat. I chose this because it’s close to the airport. But I’d either chose closer (there were a cluster of hotels aside the terminal) or further away where we could get some meal and gas options.
