"清掃は行き届いていたが、キャンセルポリシーが厳しく、連絡も不便であった。人数変更で追加を支払ったが、タオルの数は変更前のものであり、Wi-Fiは変更されていたがマニュアルに反映されていないようであった。 備品についてももう少し詳細が分かれば良いと思った。"

"周りの民家には少し気を使う
駐車場の入口が狭いのと入口の坂の上の木を切ってもらわないと車の天井を擦ってしまう
部屋の設備や部屋は良かった
今回はしていないがバーベキューの利用は周りの民家には迷惑をてしまうかなと思った
施設で払うお金の払い方の案内がなかったのでわからなかったので電話で尋ねた"

"大人2人、小学生の子供2人で2泊利用させて頂きました。
部屋は十分な広さでテレビも大きく風呂トイレも別で洗面所も家みたいで子供達は大喜び♪
NetflixやYouTubeも大画面で見れたのでよかったです！
最初お風呂を見た時にバスタブの中に髪の毛が数本着いていたのが若干残念でしたが、他は大満足です！！"
