“The staff always gives a warm welcome when arrived to the property. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Although it offers ac, you barely need it as is always cool. Thanks to the staff and management.”

“I didn’t need AC but it was there if needed. Very helpful with finding tours. My room had a circular staircase up to the roof if I wanted to see the vista”

“My private room was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable and pillows as well. Restroom is large with great towels. The A/C worked great too. It was nice to have tea bags and teapot available in the the room. All staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ale. She offered a lot of good recommendations. Great location. I will definitely return to Casa Pepe on my next visit to Puebla.”
