"For starters, they have no parking, at all. Had to park in a dirt lot on another street, for 50 bhat a day. Stairs are so steep they are practically a ladder. The desk is barely manned. Their idea of service is leaving a case of water on the bottom steep do you can grab a bottle and carry it up yourself. There is no noise insulation, bar next door is very loud and stays open late. The laundry facility is a couple of pay washers sitting right next to the entrance. This is a1 star facility at...

"It was a very dirty hotel. The badroom was not clean after the last geust. They have not change the bedset after the other guest. The black "mögel" was al over the bathroom. The Wi-Fi didn´t work and the TV did not work too. No elevator. Old people and family with children do not come close too this hotel.No reception, know one to talk too when you ned help. "

"Staff was friendly. Very quiet and relaxing place. Room was large. Bathroom was clean. Local restaurant had great fresh fish. Ocean is close and you can watch the fishermen. You will have to drive to get to a swimming beach. Great local park next to the ocean for walking or jogging. Pool was great with birds and flowers and dragonflies around it. An old school off-the-beaten path place."

"We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. "The place is basic...older, just separate cute little cabins with a real Thai feel, nice front wooden porch and...it was clean, and the lady who ran the place very nice...lots of trees...wifi, but basic. I saw no bugs...and I could see daylight through the slats in the hardwood floors. Bed was comfortable."
