“Drumee Lodge is a beautiful property, in a picturesque location, close to the Mourne Mountains. The property is stunning and the hosts are fantastic. They were both so welcoming and made our stay so special, including leaving chocolates and a birthday card, in our room. Highly recommended to stay. We will stay again ”

“Our stay was straightforward and the room was clean. The bar and restaurant were closed for a private event the night of our stay leaving us with very limited dining options. We found a takeaway restaurant down the street and were able to take our meals into a neighboring pub. Also, there was no hair dryer provided. The stay was fine but I don't think I would stay again. ”

“Being silly hack, travel can sometimes be very disappointing and dangerous for me. I was very impressed with a breakfast that was available. Lots of healthy gluten-free options that actually taste good fresh fruit, oats, boiled eggs, fresh juice. This location is very close to Tollymore Forest Park. I chose to walk the 700 m to the gate and along the way I passed a sheep farm. There were baby lambs all over the place and the owner invited me to go pet them. “very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. ”

“Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”

“Room was clean and staff were great. Only downside was the insanely noisy DJ in the bar area immediately below my room that did not wrap up until 1am. Not my finest nights sleep but it was only for one night so…”

“The staff was wonderful and it was a great location. I was only disappointed that there were some basic ammenities missing. No mini-fridge or even basic wash cloths. The staff was helpful at every turn and the lack of fridge was on me for not noticing but not having wash cloths or an iron/steamer in the room just seemed like a basic necessity that was missing. Having said this, the price was right and I would likely stay there again but be more prepared for the things that were missing. ”
