“The Palms was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Belize. We stayed 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our location and amenities. The staff was amazing in planning our excursions that we wanted to do. They provided needed services such as getting taxis for us and suggestions for different restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Belize. The rooms were updated, efficient and spacious. It felt like home.”

The room we stayed in was old and some things were worn down, but it was clean. There seemed to be a mosquito problem in our bathroom, we think they were coming in through the cracks on the side of the window. “The reception team was great. Vashley and Imani were both helpful in giving us planning guidance about places to eat, and helped us to plan our travel. The room was nice and we stayed there on the first and last night in Belize before and after our trips to the tropical San Pedro for beach and snorkeling and the rain forest region near San Ignacio to explore Mayan ruins and caves.”

“The place is well stocked with everything anyone might need from fresh water to a well equipped kitchen even washer and dryer. It was very clean and very comfy. I enjoyed my stay!”

“The hotel s nice, but the room was small with no windows, none. Was worried about safety in case of a fire. They have the best food, but I hate the extra fee on the bill even when take out. As a costumer I felt forced to leave a tip in that fee. I always leave tips. If you don't know better, you will double up on tips. The managers Ken and Joanna are the best. They were truly helpful from the beginning to the end. On a side note... They have the best cucumber juice.”
