"Very nice hotel. We had a King size bed overlooking Buckingham fountain. Booking a park view room is highly recommended. The shower/bathroom is on the smaller end, however, knowing the history of the hotel, it comes at no surprise. The hotel itself has so much history and has quite a few famous guests throughout it's time. We are already planning our next trip back to Chicago and will likely stay here again! Highly recommend staying here!"

"This hotel is actually part of three hotels sharing the same basic footprint. This review is for the home to suites by Hilton on Cermak. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room and of course one of the reasons I booked it was because of the kitchenette in every room which came in very handy. They also provided pots pans, dishware, glassware, etc. I was lucky to be on the 18th floor - my room had a nice view, including a distant lake view of Lake Michigan. One of the best features is a free buffet breakfast daily on floor two. There was a decent variety of options, including waffles, eggs, great home fries , cereal, etc. along with juices and some fresh fruit. One downside is that this location is further south of the main tourist attractions, but that makes the rate more affordable. Also, there is no room service, but there is a restaurant next-door on the 22nd floor that is convenient to use."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Pretty easy to get to from downtown on the cta with just a 5-10 minute walk. The room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. The gym was ok and the free laundry was great - but very busy. The breakfast was pretty good. A pool would have been nice. Overall a very nice hotel but not that cheap, so shop around for deals"
