Precious moments

We probably did not get the best room as it always happens when you use hotel.com but it was pleasant and very calm. The receptionist was super nice and in the morning the front office clerk offered us to open the spa one hour earlier, so nice of him, we had the pool for ourselves for 45 mn. The location is beautiful , the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the bathrobes and the bath sheets including the sleepers. It was a perfect retreat in a bucolic village

The staff at the hotel and at the restaurant were welcoming, amd very keen. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The food was good and the location was everything we were after. Great experience.

Excellent, niveau équipements spa, hammam, piscine, soins.... pas pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Baignoire dans salle de bains sans poignée de maintien. Pour aller sur terrasses petit escabot en bois (sortie par fenêtre). TV sur bureau... Chambre non en rapport avec un 4* - week-end octobre 2024.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Les Pléiades ! Je recommande cet hôtel pour la sympathie, le sourire et la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel. Anthony à l'accueil est toujours très à l'écoute ! Trop cher pour ce qui est proposé

Hotel 4* Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation offerte Chambre confortable mais petite tout comme la salle de bain. Rien d'exceptionnel pour le tarif affiché Piscine extérieure tout en longueur qui pourrait être plus souvent filtrée manuellement car beaucoup de feuilles des arbres ce qui n'est pas plaisant lorsqu'on nage. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du restaurant donc pas d'avis

Very ordinary hotel

The hotel is beautiful outside, very modern inside. The rooms are very ordinary, but good bed and quiet. Nothing special to say, but no reason to come back either.

A good spot in Barbizon, a great town

A good spot in a great town. I wanted to like it more, the suite was very large for France and the bathroom was updated but still only okay. Barbizon is a great town when you don’t want to be in Paris and Fountainbleu is quite nearby.

Hotel run down, nothing works, staff uninterested

Went to this hotel a few years ago, it was fabulous with an amazing restaurant. When i booked the hotel i asked the hotel for a reservation in the hotel, they didnt answer and when i arrived to be told no restaurant only breakfast which was revolting. Couldnt get in to the room as lock broken! Bath took 40 mins to fill, fridge not cold, air con not working, cleaners didnt change dirty glasses. Paint peeling off everywhere. Toilet wouldnt flush!! Bed very hard and incomfortable. I had to put cushions under the sheets as it was so hard. Terrible pillows. Staff totally uninterested. Went to bar one evening for a drink, nobody there to serve. This hotel is now only a 2 star only because it has pool etc. Very dissapointed

Perfect hotel for a romantic break

I haven't got a huge amount of experience when it comes to hotels in the region but comparing it to UK standards you could t ask for more at this hotels price point. The sound insulation was a little light and might be of concern depending on how romantic your trip is.

Overnight break on the long drive North

Very tired looking hotel, needs some money spending on it and €18 for a Buffett breakfast is far too expensive. The village is an artistic centre apparently which may explain the expensive prices

08.06.2017 Transition period, new ownership. Spa and garden left quite an untidy/abandoned impression. WLAN not functioning. Reception Lady did her utmost with upgradings to relieve this.
