โI was satisfied with the clean bedding and the hotel, but I was uncomfortable with the unkindness of the hotel staff in the customer service section. Also, there is noise from the sound of the aircraft.โ
โThis place is just cool. Like itโs just great in every aspect. Bed, room, lobby, restaurant, bar, area - itโs perfect.
Oh, and if you get room 4, youโll know where all the talk about the place being haunted comes fromโฆseriously.โ
โSuch a great place!! So much history! Paul, the owner was wonderful. Very attentive. The courtyard where breakfast was served was so pretty, and breakfast was great! Definitely would return!! โ

Only downside was thin blanket but I prefer more cozy blankets and often bring my own even to luxury hotels.
Limited hygiene amenities but again I usually bring my own as well, but for reference.โ
โThis is an older hotel. It has been kept up rather well. It is conveniently located across My old Kentucky home. A very nice place to stay. There is not much to the continental breakfast. Would stay here again.โ
โWe had an amazing 6 days and 5 nights in Bardstown. Bourbon Manor was just beautiful and comfortable. The breakfasts were just culinary excellence. I can't say enough about breakfast dessert with bourbon caramel sauce. Joewane was an amazing bartender. They have there own beautiful bar very comfy and welcoming!โ
โThe hotel itself was very nice and Iโd recommend overall. My only issue was that the pillows were not very soft and the bathroom wasnโt stocked (only 2 towels for 2a,2k - no conditioner, one roll of TP, and no liners for any of the garbage cans). The breakfast was lovely, the pool was nice and the staff friendly. โ
โWe stayed at the Trail Hotel recently and it was fantastic. We will definitely be back. The pool was definitely a highlight. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We apparently lost power in the middle of the night on the last night but did not notice. They provided complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience. Whether you want to experience the great bourbon trail or just relax all day at the hotel, this is a must stay. โ
โVery pleasant and helpful staff. Fifties feel but newly renovated. Great place to relax and enjoy the pool and fire pits. Happy to host our dog. Would go back.โ
