“Stayed 1 night on packed Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our stay. Room was great and good value. Front desk staff and staff at restaurant were very nice and enjoyed conversations with them. Casino was packed but still a better vibe and class of people than what I have experienced last few times in Vegas. “This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. ”
