Jaqueline is amazing constantly working on your stay to be the best of all. "The property was beautiful- very lush and well kept. Our patio had a view of the volcano which was amazing. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was wierd though in its layout- did not like the open shower. Liked being able to park near our front door and having no stairs or elevators. Excellent service though in all places. We like our four night stay here."

"Wonderful spot to explore the cloud forest around Arenal volcano. Great trails for nature lovers with lots of birds and monkeys. Great breakfast buffet. However, the dinner options were a little disappointing and pricey."
