โStayed here twice recently. Quite nice downtown hotel with historic charm. Nice coffee bar and seating area and staff quite friendly and welcoming. โ

โNice hotel with a good restaurant. We liked our stay, just didnโt like how guests were really loud in the middle of the night. Woke up a few times due to the noise.
Complimentary drink voucher upon arrival was nice. Lobby serves water. Laundry is available in building 6. Would stay here again. โ
โStay here for a conference at UW Medicine. Best so far among the rest compare other hotels nearby this area if the purpose to want something super close to campuses-UW Medicine, Gonzaga, WSU Medicine.โ

โFor an economical hotel next to the highway downtown, this place was great. The staff were beyond exceptional in welcoming and hospitality. Rooms were ok for the price and clean. Had no issues with noise, parking, nor eere the gas stations crowded with junkies like other comments have suggested. I would gladly stay again.โ
