The location is decent, and the staff were generally courteous, but the hotel itself feels like it hasn't been updated in decades.The carpets are worn and dirty, the furniture was old and worn out. The air conditioning unit rattled all night. We did not have proper pillows for the bed. Our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. The first night we had to be moved to a new room because the toilet would not flush. It was not worth the price and is likely only getting repeat stays due to the location.

I've stayed here many many times for years. Bottom line, it is aging, and the room I was given this time was REALLY showing age, and should not be used in that condition. It's been a great hotel, but the slow trend down has escalated, and I won't stay there again.

The front desk agent was pleasant upon arrival. The room was exactly what our family needed. We had a full kitchen with all needed appliances, full living area ,separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, vanity area and separate bathroom. Everything was really nice. It felt like a home away from home..

I am a regular HH Homewood Suites guest I enjoy the overall experience when staying at A Homewood Hotel However I would recommend upgrading this hotel because of the wear and tear of items in the room being rusted and old the walls and ceilings being covered with paint to hide water damage. For the amount of the stay and the reputation of the hotel I would expect better quality and visual rooms.
