“Loved our stay here!! Staff is extremely friendly, rooms and entire resort very clean, beautiful location right on the beach, and the cookies in the lobby were great! Would absolutely stay again!!”

“What a gem! Seriously this is a lovely hotel - its historical beauty is matched by the meticulous upkeep and the changes to made to make its features and functions in line with more modern property. It was comfortable and well appointed. The only thing better is its staff. They are to a person - genuinely kind and caring. I highly recommend.”

“The old building has been renovated with a kitschy design. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. But the room needed to be improved. It was extremely bothersome to unplug the bedside stand just to charge my mobile phone. Also the room lacks a fridge, and the lighting was too dim. I would visit the hotel right next, which shares facilities like the pool and restaurant with here - which means we had to go there to use these.”

“Hotel was great. Staff was wonderful, especially Amelia. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Nice stay in Gulfport. Clean room, helpful staff. The hotel is pet-friendly. I had a mini dachshund with me. They have a restaurant with a large outdoor veranda downstairs, often with live music playing. Great location too.”

“This property was a gem. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Beautiful room and very comfortable bed and sheets. I would absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area and I will.”

“The rooms were very clean and beautifully laid out. Very comfortable. My only complaint was the additional parking fee which was not explained at check-in. When I received my bill at check-out there was an additional fee which was unexpected. Over all a very nice hotel in a great location.”

“It is the perfect beach get away. No busy lobby bars or valets - just a great cottage, fully stocked, and all the beach stuff you need. Just bring your bathing suit. Chairs. Towers. Umbrellas. Cooler. Wagons. Beach totes. Sunscreen. Bikes. Everything was provided.”

“Hotel is recently renovated with an upscale vibe. Room was very nice but on the small side. Amazingly convenient to walk from your room to the beach. The pool was warm, clean and relaxing. Sandrop restaurant was very good. Slightly disappointed that the beach bar is down for renovation and under construction says returning 2026 but seems to be far away from completion. With your room you have access to use the beach chairs but be aware the front row requires a food/drink minimum to use although...
