Location is excellent being in the centre of Pembroke, within walkable distance to Pembroke Castle, Pembroke train station, and bus stops. Staff were welcoming when I met them, however, they arrived late for my check-in slot due to traffic (I showed up at 1830 whereas they opened the doors around 1845), which left me panicking for a while as I wasn't told they were running late (and the bar/ hotel entrance/ restaurant was totally shut until they arrived)."
