Parfait pour un repas du soir avec le bruit des vagues comme fond sonore. Petit dรฉjeuner excellent (plateau de charcuterie, fromage, fruit frais, viennoiserie, gรขteaux...). โHad a wonderful stay at the hotel which had newly reopened following a renovation. The hotel had a very stylish design. The pool area was beautiful. The management and staff in the restaurant, bar and throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful and attentive. It would be impossible to name them all! โIncentro rooms is highly recommended for anyone travelling to Polignano a mare :)! Georgia is lovely and so helpful, rooms are perfectly located (near many restaurants and the beach), the breakfast is delicious, the condition of the rooms is amazing and it feels like a 4 star hotel :).
