“Made non refundable reservation on my way to FL for a family emergency. Usually I travel with my camper instead of staying in a hotel. However, I did not have that luxury this time. I had wanted to stay at this hotel for quite some time so I did the reservation. Called to verify. Hotel confirmed. Get there to check in and guess what...an additional $100 deposit is required. Not on reservation. Not spoken of on confirmation. Only spoken of on check in. Cash not an option and must be same card...

“The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

“장기여행중 집으로 오면서 다시 들렀습니다 직원들의 친절함과 가성비와 교통은 나에게 적합하면 좋았습니다”

“Nice safe clean quiet convenient hotel. There was some confusion about a free breakfast. I think you have to pay for it when you make your reservations. Its not free! However, the front desk gave me a coupon for a free continental breakfast.”

“Great Staff! Very Clean”

“Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.”

“아주 좋아요. 근처에 샘스클럽 로스 다 있어서 이용하기 좋고, 숙소도 좋아요. 다만 펜서콜라 비치까지는 멀어요.”

“조식은 다른 호텔과 별반 다르지 않습니다만 부족함은 없습니다. 차로 호텔을 진입하기가 불편한거 외에는 매우 만족합니다”

“So good!”

“Good stay”

“Nice place can be located”

“This facility had just endured a hurricane, so property had debris around them. The room smelled musty and that really was the only issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.”

“There was a very bad mildew smell to the property , the drains wouldn’t drain in the shower and the property was unfortunately damaged from the storm that recently passed through.”
