"Pros: The staff are really accommodating, respectful, and responsive—they’re great. Cons: The only issue I had was with the room sink. It was making noises at night, and I woke up to what looked like it had overflowed, leaving a lot of dirt/mud in the sink, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, my key card didn’t work a couple of times, so I had to go back to the lobby—even while carrying a heavy bag—which was really inconvenient. This happened twice already during my stay, especially frustrating after working long 13-hour shifts and just wanting to rest."

"AIR CONDITIONING EXCELLENT; ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT ON TWO OF THE FOUR DAYS THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE BATHROOM. LEAVING LIGHT ON OVERNIGHT KEPT COCKROACHES HIDDEN ON LAST TWO DAYS DIDN'T SEE THE POOL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL"

"It’s a really nice hotel, the best bed to sleep on. The only thing we don’t like is parking; we have to pay the parking fee. Also, there are several homeless people roaming around . Just have to be careful, but otherwise everything’s really nice at the hotel."
