"Great room after assisted with an upgrade at a fair price. Central location with view of the Dom! Pool a blessing at the end of the day. Quality breakfast although very Euro centric."
"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there.
Room good.
Location as promised. Good.
Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming.
Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes.
€60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff.
I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay.
Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."
"The property was very nice. Our room was a good size but we were disappointed that there was only a small stool to sit on-not a chair as shown in the photos on-line. Another small complaint is that the pillows were all very soft providing little support. And, although you could request extra towels and paper products, there was no housekeeping service during a stay of 5 nights. We do not need daily service but once midway through would have been preferable.
We had questions on more than one occasion and the staff at the front desk, especially Ben, were all very helpful.
We opted to have the breakfast buffet included with our room charges. This was a very good decision. The restaurant area was large and comfortable and the selection of food and drinks was extensive and delicious. The serving staff were excellent, as well."
