"The room was clean, but the main door didn’t latch on its own and the strike plate was loose. I had to mess with it to get it to latch properly. The shower floor was ultra slippery and the lack of a shower curtain allowed the splashing water to spill out onto the tile floor making getting out treacherous. The soap did was hanging off the wall.The sauna was closed due to repairs and the pool closed early. The "

"Yes it's cheap, but I've stayed in much nicer places for the same price. Cheap uncomfortable mattress, light above bed and mirror didn't work properly, had to use my phone light to get ready to go out as the lighting in the room was so poor. I found a takeaway fork on the floor when I arrived, dirty coffee mug on the tray, and a piece of plastic on the floor at the end of the bed, so clearly not cleaned thoroughly after the last customer. Staff on the desk were lovely, polite and helpful. Windows are old wooden sash type, so my room was extremely noisy with passing traffic. The photos on Hotels.com are not representative of the room you will get. "

"Dodgy rear entrance to the room, and dark seclusion car park to the rear, fire alarm ringing early hours and not comfortable leaving my car overnight in the carpark."

"Room clean on arrival. No room cleans as stated but no comp breakfast bag which is detailed in the booklet in the room. Overall good but a lot of money for room only & no services provided but not a lot of choice in the area & v close to friends so paid for the convenient location"
