“Room service from the main restaurant available. Room was pretty quiet overnight, bed was firm which was our preference”

“Very clean room and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Shower is a bit of a dribble and you need to bring your own soap or shower gel. No breakfast but there's options just around the corner. A great pub with lots of beers on offer from their own brewery. I'd happily go back.”

“Very friendly and helpful host. Nice breakfast. Convenient location for accessing Southwell and the surrounding areas.”

“Had a great overnight stay. Lovely room with view on golf course. Nice to have bath with separate shower. Reception team very kind and helpful as were the staff in Roosters restaurant and the breakfast room. I took advantage of the nearby included gym and pool (12 min drive or the hotel also has a free bookable shuttle). All in all I was very impressed.”

“Great city centre hotel, spacious room, and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again if visiting Nottingham.”

“You know what you're going to get from a Holiday Inn, so 5 starts indicate everything I expected was delivered as well as I might have hoped. Friendly, efficient staff, a comfortable room, a very good breakfast. Location great if you want to be on the edge of things, rather than right in the middle.”

“Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can.”

“The staff were amazing . Hostel was clean and tidy , right in town . Was able to leave suitcase in room b4 check in . Bathroom clean . Good atmosphere and interaction with others staying there , very friendly”

“My daughter grand daughter and myself stayed for one night , the staff were friendly and helpful , the room was lovely and well stocked with ect breakfast was also very good, they also arranged a cab for us to take us to the event we had booked. In all we had a lovely trip . A very enjoyable time. Many thanks to the staff from me and my family . Thank you”

“Very clean and large rooms”

“The only good thing about the property was the location. The room was clean, but very uncomfortable with low beds, no remote for the TV , a broken chair, and the slow stream of shower water was far too hot. There were none of the luxuries advertised, nor was the basement set up to eat/drink as advertised. Common areas were not clean or well maintained. The owners are clearly trying to sell the property.”
