"I had not realised at the time of booking that this was the family home of Lord Byron. As I travel quite a lot for Business, Comfort and a good standard hotel are important to ensure that a good nights rest can be had. Colwick Hall far exceeded this. The staff are very welcoming and keen to ensure everything is as it should be. Easy to reach very comfortable and with a very good restaurant. The property stands in well cared for gardens as is the hotel.
