“Maybe it a student halls thing, but felt i needed to bring an electric heater with me. I dont think the radiator even listens to the setting”

Its not even namned Richmond House Lodge on the building, its named Harmony Haven and has old ratings that says its got 8,9 points in Great Review from year 2017 and there is also a FHR rating on 5 but they dont even serve food! You dont get information on wich room you have been given, mine was called Amity Suit ;-) My room was supposed to have a double bed, it was a small 80 cm bed with used sheets. It smells mold in the toilet and its very noisy from outside. It was hard...

“The pictures looked good but the place was terrible, its taking along time for a refund even though its been accepted. The toilet would flush and leak out at the back, 1 small room with lots of cramped beds, glue on the floor was everywhere, the shower was blocked and leaked underneath. The list goes on”

“The whole place needs a refurb, it's very dated. There was an awful smell through the corridor. Cobwebs all over the apartment, damp in the bathroom. Flooring lifting in places. Loud music playing till the early hours, unsure of this was from downstairs or the pub across the road. One of the beds was very precarious, wheels may have been broken. ”

“What a joke! The hotel cancelled on me right before we were due to stay because of an apparent leak. I think managed to book a different hotel at twice the price as it was so last minute. Hucknall house has now blocked my phone number and I still am waiting for a refund. ”
