“Staff in the office were very efficient and friendly; the room was very clean, also providing healthy snacks alongside the coffee tray. I will plan on staying here again in the future.”

“Great visit. No pool or breakfast.”

“Be nice for a cheaper price”

“No breakfast It’s nice and cozy but very filthy dirty and the lady that owns it makes the rules as she goes. She waved the deposit because she said she just needed to fill the rooms cause she needed money really bad little bit unprofessional.”

“Very clean, quiet and good parking. Minimal breakfast items.”

“Room was dirty! There was dark hair on the outside of the tub, hair inside the tub. There was hair on the towels, and long blonde hairs all over the sink counter. Also wet spots on the floor near tub which I assume was urine. The carpet area had a couple of nickel-sized crusty spots which were not stains. I dug the toe of my shoe in them and they scraped off. So who knows what was on the carpet. Bed was comfy, staff was great!”

“Wow! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This hotel was beyond expectations! From the welcoming valet, the smooth check-in (with complimentary beer, wine, water & snacks), the on premises restaurants & bars, all the beautiful art, art bar, games section by a fire, gorgeous corner room with views, comfy bed.......I could go on & on. AND it's attached to the 5th St Market! I felt very safe walking in the market where there's coffee, ice cream, food, clothing shops, art shops & more!!! This was a 10 out of 10...

“The room was too small, noisy and unconfor”

“Room was clean and quiet however space was smaller then expected. Cooking facilities in room were helpful. Complimentary breakfast was passable.”

“Excellent Location for our concert in Eugene, Or. Great Restaurants within walking distance, only issue was train noise.”
