"I must say I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this cottage. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean, plenty towels ,bedding, cookware. There is no laundry facility as noted in amenities. There were a few cracks in the floor tiles, which was no big deal to me. I had my own DVD's for living living room TV. The grounds could have used some attention. My only issue was the faucet in the Shower dripped continuous. The faucet handles could use some replacement. I will be staying here upon my return to Big...

"The place was a little worn but you don’t want somewhere in an outdoorsy mountain town to be pristine; it would distract from the environment. A stay in May is great. Chilly outside but warm in the little cabin. Great contrast. The jetted tub next to the fireplace, in view of the tv, was pretty awesome. The internet was spotty in my phone and iPad but worked fine with the streaming device I brought. I did need to bring a streaming device because there was no cable or tv signal. There’s no check...

"A well maintained historic property (1930's?) with a very good restaurant, most entrees $30 to $50. Many of the rooms are in small buildings with one to four rooms each, arranged on a terraced hillside with stone walls, small garden spaces, and a variety of conifers and deciduous trees. The rooms are not large, but have character. The person at the desk was pleasant and helpful. "

"Old, old, old. Doors didn’t lock to the exterior. Front door could be just pushed in it was so loose and old. Shower head coming out of the wall. Tub clogs and fills up. Ceiling fan had 2” of dust on it. Loose tile in the bathroom. The bed was the hardest worse bed I have ever slept in. And I was in the military. My back is still killing me!!"

"Real comfy place to stay. Full kitchens with all the utensils and cups and pans, so you can bring your own food and cook. Log burning fireplace for a real fire in the cabins. Grounds needed to be cleaned up, but I guess the resort just reopened to the public after housing ski resort employees. Those employees need to clean better, the gal the runs the place was completely overwhelmed and I felt sorry for her. "
