โSupreme customer service. Emma at reception was so helpful! I had a room above the kitchen and couldnโt sleep because of the vibration. She had no problem changing to a quieter room and I had a wonderful, quiet night. โ
โHired a twin room for the night whilst staying with my daughter after a previous bad experience at a different hotel. The room was clean, the TV worked and the pressure in the shower was nice to me. Stopped for a beer in the pub (noise from which was not heard in the room) and the ladies working were polite and helpful. I felt I received good value for money, I would happily return and would be glad to recommend to othersโ
โSuch a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed.
