“Restaurant: Day1: very good service from the waiters. They all where looking proactivly if we wanted some additional drinks ore remove the plates. Day2: complete opositte. We had to call the waiter to remove the plates as they did not do anything for 30min. They took orders from the table next to us and left us sitting with empty plates in front of us with emty glasses. So service level depents on the team. Some are great "5Star" and some had some room for improvement.”
“Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. ”

“This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. ”
“Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. Id stay again without hesitation breakfast under £10 very good too ”
“We stayed here for a break as we have 3 children at home. We hadnt been away for 3 years so had high expectations. It didnt disappoint. We had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly, the food was the best we have tasted in a long time and the room was so clean and spacious. The restaurant had a really buzzing atmosphere too. Would recommend to anyone ”
