"Loved the views. The staff was helpful but it did take way too long to have my microwave delivered to my room hours. The staff was mostly knowledgeable but was unsure about their own late check out policies when I asked. Other than that was perfect. Would and am staying again."

"Very poor breakfast..doesn't compare with Hampton Inn. By a long shot. Breakfast is an important part of a hotel stay. This will be my first and last visit to this chain. Very noisy I heard the person in the unit above walking a good part of the night."

"I have been staying at the Marriot Jacksonville Beach many times during the year for over 10 years. This time was a little different. The front desk was hardly ever staffed, which was an odd change. Also, we were charged $150 for a pet fee although our dog is a service dog?? This has never happened before. I will be back, but hopefully these won't be an issue. Other than that, the remodel is beautiful, the pool and tiki bar were a delight, and the room was clean and comfortable. Hope this review helps."
