"Arrival was excellent, and we used the valet parking. The alternative is a city parking lot. We booked the ocean front suite. The room and bedding were a very clean, but the bathroom needed a deep clean. There were always fresh towels available around the pool. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Really nice staff!"

"I truly love the following things about Embasy Suites-Baymeadows, Jacksonville, Florida: -friendly and professional staff, -quick check-in process, -atrium- concept, -property is well-kept inside and out (gorgeous landscapes) -the full- breakfast menu, -Daily managers reception, -staff keeps the property clean continously throughout the day, -clean and well-stocked restrooms, -if you don't want to remain in your room all day, the dining area is a relaxing place to relax and conversation with family, friends, and the friendly staff. I will rebook at this Embasy Suite (Baymeadows, Jacksonville, FL) locations and any hotels across the -Dining area is much smaller than the Embassy Suites in Jacksonville, FL and Minneapolis Minnesota Airport locations."

"All and all was a pretty good stay. One of The elevators wasn't working which caused the elevator wait time longer and the cleanliness of the floors could have been better the restaurant on site breakfast wasn't good for the price wouldn't recommend them at all but not a bad hotel"

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool and outdoor bar was nice but the AC would not go below 74 in the day and 71 at night , even though the thermostat was set at 68 . The room not being cooler was the only draw back."

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was on point for this area. Best thing was biscuits and gravy. The staff was was helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and not crowded. Lots of chairs and space. I was not thrilled about paying to park as a hotel guest( in the hotel parking lot) nor in town. But was told that in town pay to park would end November. I would rather the parking be included in my hotel room price and not an extra charge once I arrive. Over nice trip!"
