“I stayed at the Tower Building of Melia Ho Tram for three nights. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel reception staff was quite difficult because their English was limited. The staff at the other restaurants, Breeza and Sasa, also had difficulty communicating in English, with Muoi being the only exception. There is practically nothing around the resort, and surprisingly, there isn't even a convenient place within the resort where you can buy something as basic as bottled water. Due to...

“I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel at The Grand Ho Tram for three nights. Most of the guests appeared to be Chinese tourists and local Vietnamese visitors. The cleanliness of the room was generally good, but I felt that the overall quality fell slightly short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. “Hồ bơi sạch và to. Nhà rộng, thoáng, mát. Chủ nhà dễ thương”

This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...

“Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough”

“Love the view here”

“Location”

“My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel.”
