"Had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean, modern and well maintained, which made the whole stay very comfortable. The staff were also friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. Overall, a great experience and somewhere I would happily stay again. Would definitely recommend!"

"Room was quite small for a twin but clean, not enougg tea coffee milk etc but that is common. Breakfast was great but times available very unclear so worried we would miss it first day to discover we had an hour left and nearly missed it the next day despite being an hour earlier. Staff mixed bag - some great, some gave us wrong information. Great location so overall a great stay."

"Second time staying here. Good location, ten minute walk from Birmingham Airport, NEC and Resort World. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Spacious, comfortable room. Very good sleep. Shower could do with a modern upgrade - shower head fixed to wall below head height, water pressure fluctuated. Didn't have chance to use the leisure facilities but they looked nice. Spacious lounge bar, reasonably priced restaurant. All staff very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again."
