"First impressions when I walked inside were wow, absolutely loved the floral display. We were greeted by Amelia @ checkin, lovely and welcoming and very helpful with any questions I asked. Room was clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are great. We had a very nice welcome from Cassy at breakfast who explained where everything was. As for the other staff members I have to say a huge thank you to Darren @ breakfast your amazing, you made us have a good laugh please don’t dim your sparkle for anyone keep being you. Check out was great thank you Clory you were helpful. Bus and tram stops are very close and the shopping centre is within walking distance or a short bus ride away."

"It’s a pleasant stay with the pool and gym classes for free. And the staff are attentive and helpful. Just be mindful that the cups in room and breakfast place might not be cleaned properly. I must check before using. The shower pressure is not strong enough and the pillow too soft. Overall a nice stay."
