“All inclusive great value”

“Good in parts but bad parts too. Not what I expected. No bath plug....rang reception from room telephone and my mobile....housekeeping, maintenance and reception....not answered. Had to get dressed go down to reception to make my request. Then a 40 minute wait for one to get delivered to the room. Small window in bedroom with latch screwed down so window cudnt be opened so very little fresh air. Lift broken so big queues for the one service lift available with dirty towels and rubbish bags...

“Hotel was clean, food was good. Staff were excellent. Rooms were ok but the beds were really uncomfortable. Spa and pool were good. Parking is a nightmare. Be careful driving into the parking lane, I damaged my car going through the entrance. Would definitely go back. Kids entertainment is 8 until 10 which I thought was a bit late for kids”

“This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!”

“Its a beautiful place and the staff was amazing, friendly and very willing to help, room was clean and the breakfast gave different many breakfast choices to choose from. Great initiative from staff despite the high temperature they ensured there was always ice cubes available for the rooms and offered free ice cream during the day. Very close proximity to the sea, town and other places of interest.”

“Great break away with my grandchildren the room was lovely freshly decorated plenty of light from large windows great having tv in two rooms plenty tea and coffee and the manager was very polite very happy to please nothing was too much trouble break and evening meal was good and staff in restaurant very pleasant all in all good time had by all”

“We recently stayed at The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool for two nights from Friday 3 July, and overall, we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the whole experience felt very well organised. One of the first things that impressed us was how quick and efficient the check-in process was.
