Booked last minute and was happy everything was lovely. Was welcomed on arrival. Room was lovely for us. Was nice and quiet at night to get a good sleep.

Hotel.com had put me into a room situated at back of hotel when I stated a sea view! The room was not good, on suite was crammed, doors wouldn’t close, the whole stay ruined by this.
Plastic door into toilet not closing and was insufferable.
Looking into toilet seeing the shower door would not close properly
The on suite was cramped and discussing

The room and bathroom were both extremely clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent position on the promenade, directly opposite the South Pier, with public transport on the doorstep.
