“If you need a remodeled basic hotel in Farmington, this will do. Walls a bit thin. Location next to park and river walk so pet friendly. ”

“No towel racks in bathroom. Blow dryer was so weak it wouldn’t dry hair and the on/off switch was busted. Toilet was so low you had to leap to get up off of it. No vanity area around the sink or any place to set your things. Had to ask for additional towels even though we had reservations for two days. At breakfast there were no forks and we were informed they were out. However, the breakfast was very good. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful.”

“This is one of our favorite motels to stop in! They have ample space for trailer parking, which is a must for us. It’s also outside of Farmington so we don’t have to worry quite as much with our trailers being parked, it seems to be a little bit nicer of an area than some of the hotels directly in Farmington. Great location, close to everything we need, and an easy walk across the street to the Animas River Path for walking and running. Pricing very reasonable, we will keep coming back”

“We checked in late and got the last room. It was an ADA accessible room which was fine with us. We were happy to have a room. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was really clean but it showed some signs of age or just someone not detailed when they repaired things. There were no less than 10 holes in the wall where a light was removed from over the bathroom mirror. There were large spots near the shower and the toilet paper holder that had been patched with dry wall mud but...

“Clean spacious room, friendly staff . We stayed here because not too many hotels in town have indoor pool and granddaughter wanted to go swimming. We were told pool was heated but it was very cold. Hot tub could be a few degrees hotter, it had weak jets too,”

The pool area was clean and nice for the kids, but the smell of chlorine was very strong we didn't stay long because our eyes started to burn and the kids started to cough bad. And the there was the room across the hallway from us that had a doge and for two nights we were all awake by the dog barking at 5 in the morning and didn't stop for about 7. Did get much rest.
