โEverything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machineโฆcame in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
โAfter a full day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to return to our clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel room to relax. We especially enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and taking in the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Each morning, the generous and delicious breakfast spread was the perfect way to fuel up for another day of adventure. Hotel Sarazena is also ideally locatedโright next to the train station and the Coop grocery store. We truly couldnโt have asked for a better...

It's the best hotel to take pictures by going to the photo spot while watching the ever-changing Matterhorn.
The kindness of the staff is also the best.
It takes time to walk, so if you have luggage, use the shuttle service (10 Fr) and it's downhill after check out and the way back, so it's enough to walk.
