“All the staff was very delightful. The place was clean new. We had an issue with shower in the room that we couldn’t get on called for help staff member couldn’t figure it out as well. The manager did come up and was able to show us what the issue was there was a button that need to be pushed, but her staff didn’t even know how. “Rooms was cleaned, but the air conditioning was not working properly. It was very stuffy. And our toilet was leaking. When informed the front desk I was told that all rooms are the same due to the weather ( heat) but according to them they’re working on getting humidifiers installed . Our first night was not too pleasant but thankfully the next morning we were able to switch rooms . We were only there 3 nights. I don’t think we would’ve stayed longer if we had to.
