“Our stay at Lusty Beg Island Hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard expected for the price. We paid over £500 for two rooms. Although the receptionist was pleasant, we received little information beyond a map, and a supervisor later had to provide the details that should have been given on arrival.
