“I like that the room was clean enough, but it definitely wasn’t perfect. I like that you were able to keep it as cool as you liked it with the air conditioners. What I didn’t like was that my husband found out that you could purchase $100 gift certificate to use at the resort for $80 right after we checked in and we called straight down to the Front Desk about it and they would not honor it. Even though they had not offered it to us at the time of check-in. I thought that was pretty unfair.”
